- 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
- 1 pt. chili sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
Directions

1Cook roast completely; slice into thin slices.

2Saute onion; add other ingredients.

3Bring to boil, stirring.

4Layer meat and sauce in Dutch oven or big pan.

5Cover and bake at 325° for 3 hours.

6Serve on buns or rolls.
