- 4 lb. chuck steak for roast, cut in 2-inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 bottle chili sauce
Directions

1Brown the meat in a frying pan with the vegetable oil and chopped onion.

2Add ketchup, brown sugar, water and chili sauce (put into big pot).

3Simmer for hours until tender (at least 2 hours).

4Add water as needed.

5The longer, the better.
