- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Put onion and celery on top of beef.

2Combine other ingredients and pour over meat.

3Bake at 350° for 3 to 4 hours. Pour off fat, shred, and return to roaster.
