Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chuck roast
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Put onion and celery on top of beef.

    Combine other ingredients and pour over meat.

    Bake at 350° for 3 to 4 hours. Pour off fat, shred, and return to roaster.
