- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (10 oz.) canned biscuits
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Stir together eggs, barbecue sauce and ground beef.

3Separate biscuits.

4Press into bottom and sides of muffin pans.

5Spoon beef mixture into each shell.
