- 1 1/2 lb. boneless stew beef
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/8 c. vinegar
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook stew beef until tender.

2Drain and save broth.

3Mince beef. Add all ingredients and 1 cup broth.

4Cook slowly on low heat for 1 hour.

5Stir occasionally.

6If hash gets dry, add more broth.
