  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. cut up celery
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. whole bologna, cut into strips

Directions

    In skillet, cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in catsup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add the cut bologna strips into large skillet pan.

    Simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.

    Put in a bun and enjoy.
