- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle your favorite plain barbecue sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle both sides of brisket with onion, celery and garlic salts.

2Place in a glass baking dish and pour bottle of liquid smoke on top.
