- 1/2 c. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 whole lemon
Directions

2Pour over 4 pound or larger brisket, fat side up.

3Cook brisket with sauce, covered, in 350° oven for 3 to 5 hours (depending on size of brisket).

4Turn after one hour if possible; baste.
