Ingredients
- 5 lb. or more beef brisket
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 bottle liquid smoke
- 4 to 5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Combine onion salt, celery salt, garlic powder and liquid smoke.

2Rub onto brisket.

3Wrap brisket in heavy foil.

4Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

5Before cooking, remove foil from brisket and cover with Worcestershire sauce.

6Rewrap in foil and bake 4 hours in 300° oven.

7If there is a lot of juice, drain it off and then pour barbecue sauce over brisket.

8Cook one hour longer in 350° oven.
