- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 can Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion; drain fat.

2Add barbecue sauce and Tabasco sauce; simmer.

3Separate biscuits into 10 and place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Press dough together to form crust. Spread meat mixture over dough; cover with cheese.

5Bake at 375° until dough is golden brown.
