Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • salt
  • red pepper
  • black pepper to taste
  • 3 qt. tomatoes
  • 5 lb. boned beef
  • 5 lb. Boston butt pork
  • 5 lb. hen
  • 1/2 gal. Irish potatoes
  • 3 pt. onions, chopped

Directions

    Don't use beef broth until tallow is removed.

    Grind all meat, potatoes, onions and tomatoes.

    Mix all ingredients; add broth back to it.

    Cook in large pot until thick as desired.

    Put in containers.
