- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. low calorie ketchup (6 calories per Tbsp.)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Directions

1In small saucepan, heat oil; add onion and saute until softened.

2Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.

3Let cool.
