Barbecue Meatballs

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

Directions

    Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, milk and salt.

    Then roll into balls the size you wish and put in a glass pan.

    Set aside.

    Mix Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar, water, ketchup and chopped onion.

    Pour this over the meatballs and bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes at 375°.
