- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork roast
- 1 jar mild barbecue sauce
- 1 jar hot barbecue sauce
- Louisiana hot sauce
Directions

1Cook pork roast in crock-pot overnight on low.

2The next morning take the bone out and shred the pork.

3Add equal amounts of hot and mild barbecue sauce and mix.

4Use the Louisiana hot sauce to make it as hot as you want.

5Serve on hamburger rolls.
