Barbecue Pork (Beef)

- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 to 5 lb. Boston butt (beef roast)
- 2 c. water
- 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce (hickory flavor better on beef)
- miscellaneous spices (oregano, basil, garlic, etc.)
Directions

1Place roast in crock-pot.

2Add onion, sprinkles of spices and water.

3Cook on low overnight.

4Separate bone and fat; mince meat. Clean pot and replace meat.

5Add bottle of barbecue sauce and cook on low for 8 hours more.

6Stir 2 to 3 times while cooking. Serve on hamburger buns.
