- 6 to 8 pork chops
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Coat pork chops in flour, cornmeal mixture.

2Melt butter in cake pan, 9 x 13-inch.

3Brown meat on one side and turn.

4Mix onion and barbecue sauce; pour over chops and cook in a slow oven until tender.

5Cover pan with foil before baking.
