  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. light brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 4 red or white potatoes

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Grease baking pan; set aside.

    In small bowl, combine butter, ketchup, chili powder, brown sugar and red pepper.

    Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.

    Place in pan and brush with sauce.

    Bake for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally, until tender.
