Barbecue Pulled Chicken

- 2 whole Bone-in Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 dashes Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 dash Liquid Smoke
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cups Diced Onion
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken breast, but leave in bones to be remove later (they add flavor).

2Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and add all ingredients to your slow cooker.

3Cook on high for about 4-5 hours.

4Remove bones from chicken with tongs (if it is done they should come out easily), and shred with 2 forks.

5Serve on buns or on tortillas!
