- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 6 oz. soy sauce
- 2 bottles barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. lime juice

1The secret to good ribs is long, slow cooking.

2Grill ribs with coals as low as possible, gray.

3While ribs cook, mix remaining ingredients for basting sauce.

4Do not baste ribs until completely cooked and fat has cooked away, then ribs will act as a sponge.
