- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix (7 oz.)
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 3 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. water or beer
- country style ribs, as many as you want
Directions

1Boil ribs, 15 minutes per pound. Mix all ingredients for sauce. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Drain ribs. Place, meaty side up, in roaster. Cover with sauce. Roast 1 1/2 hours at 350°, basting with sauce occasionally.
