- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can mushrooms
- liquid smoke to taste (1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp.)
- 4 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add celery and onions.

3Cook slowly until tender.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Add the soup, broth, mushrooms and liquid smoke.

6Add the cooked rice.

7Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
