  • 2 c. raw rice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small stalk celery
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Saute butter, celery and chopped onions.

    Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, chopped mushrooms and liquid smoke.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 375° until bubbles all over, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
