Ingredients

  • 5 lb. boneless chuck
  • 1 1/2 lb. pork roast
  • 1/3 bunch celery, chopped
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 (29 oz.) cans tomatoes (include liquid)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 small bottle ketchup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in roaster.

    Cook at 325° for approximately 6 hours.

    Remove bones and fat.
  4. 4
    Shred meat and return to mixture.
  5. 5
    Serve on hamburger buns.
