- 5 lb. boneless chuck
- 1 1/2 lb. pork roast
- 1/3 bunch celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 (29 oz.) cans tomatoes (include liquid)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 small bottle ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in roaster.

2Cook at 325° for approximately 6 hours.

3Remove bones and fat.

4Shred meat and return to mixture.

5Serve on hamburger buns.
