Ingredients

  • 3 lb. beef or pork (can use deer meat)
  • potatoes, carrots and onions as desired
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (dry sauce)
  • 1/2 c. A.1. sauce
  • 1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. soup or juice from meat

Directions

    Cook meat in salt water until tender.

    Remove meat and put in a roasting pan.

    Put potatoes, carrots and onions with meat. Combine remaining ingredients and heat; pour sauce over meat and cook until vegetables are tender.
