Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef roast
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 qt. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Place roast in a slow cooker.

2Add bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and onion.

3Add enough water to cover meat by 1 inch.

4Cover and cook on low for 24 hours.

5Remove meat and drain in colander. Save liquid for soup stock.

6Remove all fat, bone and gristle from meat.

7Tear meat apart.

8Place back in slow cooker.

9Add barbecue sauce and mix well.

10Return to cooker and heat through.

11Makes 8 to 10 hamburger bun sandwiches.

12May be frozen.
