Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless chuck (use this only)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 14 oz. bottle ketchup
Directions

1Brown sliced onion in the fat (in large stewing pot).

2Add meat and all ingredients.

3Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

4Remove meat from pot and shred it with a knife and fork.

5Place back in sauce.

6Serve over hamburger buns or over noodles.

7Serves approximately 12 people.
