- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Drain fat.

3Mix all dry ingredients.

4Coat chicken in mixture.

5Melt butter in baking dish.

6Place chicken, skin side down.

7Drain fat from pan, turn chicken.

8Bake chicken 45 minutes or until thickest pieces are done.

9Once chicken has been turned, reduce oven to 375°.
