- 1 lb. all beef franks
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut franks lengthwise into 4 strips each.

2Also, cut pepper and onion into thin strips.

3Mix water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and sugar together.

4Place franks, pepper and onion into shallow casserole.

5Cover with sauce.

6Bake at 350° until brown and bubbly, about 45 minutes.

7Serve with mashed potatoes.
