Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, thyme, oregano or any combination of them
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Directions

    Mash garlic; mix all ingredients.

    Add to following: Debone leg of lamb.

    Take out all fat which will separate meat into many smaller pieces.

    Marinate in Tupperware type product from 24 hours to several days.
  5. 5
    Grill pieces on gas grill.
