- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, thyme, oregano or any combination of them
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. olive oil
Directions

1Mash garlic; mix all ingredients.

2Add to following: Debone leg of lamb.

3Take out all fat which will separate meat into many smaller pieces.

4Marinate in Tupperware type product from 24 hours to several days.

5Grill pieces on gas grill.
