Barbecued Lima Beans

- 1 lb. dried lima beans
- 4 c. water
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cubed ham
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Bring beans to a boil in the 4 cups water.

2Let stand for 2 hours. Saute onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Add remaining ingredients except ham.

4Cook for 10 minutes longer. Combine beans and ham in greased casserole. Cover with sauce.

5Bake, covered, at 350° for 2 to 3 hours.
