- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 medium onions
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Fry onions in butter.

2Add vinegar, sugar and flour.

3Mix well and add tomato juice and water.

4Cook limas 5 to 10 minutes.

5Add the sauce and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Fry ham cubes with onions, if desired.
