- 4 to 5 lb. pork roast
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 small bottle barbecue sauce
Directions

1Put one slice onion in bottom of slow cooker.

2Top with roast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Arrange remaining onions on roast and add water.

4Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until tender. Discard most of juices.

5Break pork into pieces, removing fat. Pour barbecue sauce over pork and stir.

6Let heat through, then serve over buns.
