  • 4 to 5 lb. raccoon, cut in half
  • water (to cover meat)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce

    In Dutch oven, precook

    Return meat to Dutch oven.
