Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp. powdered mustard
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp. salad oil
- 5 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 large bay leaf or 5 small ones
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 3 lb. lean ribs
Directions

1Cut ribs 2 bones to each piece.

2Salt, pepper and paprika each piece.

3Broil 7 minutes one side.

4Repeat seasonings on other side and broil 5 minutes.

5Mix sauce ingredients first in deep roasting pan.

6After broiling rib pieces, immerse in sauce.

7Cover and bake 2 hours.

8Bake potatoes along with ribs.

9Serve with tossed salad. Bake at 350°.

10Recipe may be doubled if you need more.
