- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. liquid smoke (hickory)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook celery and onion in chicken broth until tender (broth will cook down low).

2Add chicken soup and liquid smoke and stir. Melt 1 stick of butter in casserole dish and pour over rice; mix with other ingredients and pour into casserole dish.

3Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
