- 6 pan dressed trout
- 2/3 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Place trout in a single layer in a plastic bag or glass baking dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over trout.

3Let stand 1 hour, turning once.

4Remove fish, reserving marinade. Place fish in a single layer in a well-greased hinged wire grill basket.

5Grill, covered, over medium coals for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish is browned on the bottom.

6Turn and baste with marinade.

7Grill 5 to 7 minutes longer or until fish flakes with a fork.

8Makes 6 servings.
