Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 to 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Cook ground beef and onion until done.

    Drain off fat.

    Add remaining ingredients except celery.

    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Put on buns and top with about 1 teaspoon of chopped celery.
