- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator biscuits
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain.

2Add barbecue sauce, onions and brown sugar; set aside.

3Separate biscuits into 12 biscuits; place into 12 muffin cups in a muffin pan.

4Spoon meat mixture into cups; sprinkle each with cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
