  • 1 lb. ground beef (or leftover barbecue meat)
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 can (10) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
