  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can flaky biscuits

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Press each biscuit into a muffin cup, making sure dough goes up to the edge of cup. Spoon meat on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
