- 1/2 cup light vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute or 3/4 cup stevia, in the raw
- 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

1In a medium bowl, whisk egg, yogurt, and Splenda until smooth.

2Stir in oats and flaxseed. Fold in the peanut butter, protein powder, and walnuts.

3Spread mixture into an 8-inch square pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 - 30 minutes.

4Let cool and cut into 10 - 12 bars!
