  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. pearl barley
  • 2 cans mushrooms (4 oz.)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 3 pkg. G. Washington seasoning

Directions

    Saute in electric skillet until brown.

    Add mushrooms with juice.

    Dissolve G. Washington seasoning in 3 cups water.

    Turn down to boil and cook until done.
