- ham and bone (leftover)
- celery
- parsley
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 carrots
- 1 c. potatoes, cubed
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil barley 1 hour over medium-low heat in 3 to 4 cups of water.

2Then add ham and bone and other remaining ingredients. Add more water as necessary to cover.

3Continue to cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are cooked through.
