- 3 qt. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Saute all vegetables in butter.

2Then add flour and also chicken stock.

3Bring to a boil. Heat cream carefully and add to stock.
