- 1 quart white wine vinegar

5For Currants, grind in blender with 1/3 cup vinegar.

6For Huckleberries, Grind in blender with 1/3 cup vinegar.

7For Loganberries, crush well.

8For Marionberries, crush well.

9For Raspberries, crush well.

10For Strawberries, hull and crush well.

12Combine fruit with vinegar.

13Store in a glass container in a dark place for 3-4 weeks.

14Then strain through a cheesecloth placed in a strainer until the mixture runs clear.

15Pour into sterilized bottles and seal (corked bottles can be sealed with paraffin).

16Use within 18 months.
