  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 3/4 c. milk

    Cut shortening into flour.

    Add milk and stir until mixture leaves sides of bowl.

    Turn out onto lightly floured board.

    Knead.

    Pat into 1/2-inch thick.

    Place on greased sheet.
