  • 1 c. long grain brown rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Bring water to a boil.

    Stir in rice and salt.

    Bring to a boil again.

    Reduce heat to very low, cover and simmer about 40 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
