- 2c Uncooked brown rice
- 1/2 c Sunflower seeds
- 3 Chopped spring onions
- 1 finely chopped red and green pepper (1 each)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1c roasted peanuts (or raw peanuts and microwave with a tsp. of oil for 5 mins stirring 1/2 way through and allow to cool)
Directions

1Cook rice and cool. Soak in 1/2 cup Soya sauce overnight or alt least two hours. Add all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add to salad

2Combine 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 crushed garlic and juice of a lemon. Mix through
