- 5 c. diced onion
- 6 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 3 oz. Crystal hot sauce
- 3 tsp. Tony's seafood seasoning
- 4 large bay leaves
Directions

1Empty tomatoes in large heavy pan and crush by hand.

2Combine all ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.
