  • 3 (No. 10) cans whole peeled tomatoes
  • 5 c. diced celery
  • 5 c. diced onion
  • 6 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 3 oz. Crystal hot sauce
  • 3 tsp. Tony's seafood seasoning
  • 4 large bay leaves

Directions

    Empty tomatoes in large heavy pan and crush by hand.

    Combine all ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.

    Yields approximately 3 gallons.
