- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all crepe ingredients in medium bowl and beat with rotary beater until combined and smooth.

2Heat a lightly greased 6-inch skillet.

3Spoon in 2 tablespoons batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.

4Brown on 1 side only.

5(Or cook on an inverted crepe pan.)

6Invert pan over paper toweling; remove crepe.

7Repeat to make 16 to 18 crepes, greasing skillet occasionally.
